Shipping policy

DELIVERY ESTIMATE:
Orders will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days from the date of dispatch.

DELIVERY HOURS:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:
A signature is required at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize someone else (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf. ShopMatters is not responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been signed for by the recipient or their authorized person.

ISSUES WITH ORDER:
For any concerns related to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of receiving your delivery.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS:
Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of product, packaging, size, and volume. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY:

  • If a COD order is undelivered after three (3) delivery attempts, it will be canceled and returned to us.

  • Customers who refuse more than two (2) COD deliveries will be restricted to prepaid orders only for future purchases.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For Orders Within India:

  • ₹50/- shipping fee for orders below ₹499/-.

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499/-.

  • For COD orders above ₹3,000/-, the package cannot be opened before payment is made and acknowledged by the delivery partner.
